Our Injury Prevention Specialists
GSC On-Site Services Injury Prevention Specialists (IPS) are highly trained professionals with clinical backgrounds in kinesiology, athletic training, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or allied health fields. Each IPS is selected not only for their technical expertise, but also for their ability to engage with workers at their job station to drive meaningful culture change.
Our specialists bring an integrated, hands-on, proactive approach to injury prevention. Their role goes beyond traditional prevention practices, combining movement science, ergonomics, and employee education to keep teams healthy, productive, and on the job.
With nationwide experience across manufacturing, distribution, mining, aerospace, and more, GSC’s IPS team has helped reduce injury rates, improve retention, and support compliance with ISO, OSHA, and VPP standards.
Our Injury Prevention Specialists are more than service providers—they’re integrated site partners that enhance HR, Operations, and EHS metrics by helping employees move better, feel better, and perform better.
Our Job Analysts
Our Job Analysts combine backgrounds in kinesiology, ergonomics, and engineering with hands-on experience understanding how work is actually performed. They are industrial experts who know how to observe, analyze, and document the physical demands of real jobs in real work environments. Using mobile technology, they capture job-demand data where the work happens—then transform those observations into structured, usable workforce intelligence.
Using GSC’s proven Department of Labor-based methodology, our Job Analysts translate field observations into objective, defensible job-demand data that can support hiring, return-to-work, reasonable accommodation, ergonomics, and workforce planning.
They don’t simply document jobs—they create the foundation for better workforce decisions.
